When you arrive for your appointment, please call us at
706-235-6833 ext. 100. Please wear a mask and use the hand sanitizer we provide. A mask will be provided if you do not have one of your own.
All scheduled patients will be screened by phone the day of their appointment and at the door before registering.
Patients experiencing the following will not be allowed entry:
Coughing or shortness of breath, congestion, or sore throat;
Exposure to someone who has these symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19;
Tested positive for COVID-19;
Are waiting on pending COVID-19 results;
A member of their household who has experienced any of the above
No visitors or children (except nursing infants) will be allowed entry to the facility. Only 1 adult visitor allowed for ultrasound appointments.
Haven Health’s regularly scheduled hours may change as we provide our services in the midst of COVID-19. We’re continuing to monitor the situation and status of COVID-19 in our area and are responding accordingly.
